Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Some apps offer in-app purchases including consumable items, non-consumable items, and auto-renewable subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our apps, attempt to reverse-engineer them, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and code in our apps are owned by John Alister and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, John Alister shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the apps constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
